All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will contact the USPS on your behalf.

Some orders may require additional processing time in the case of order or identity verification. Since we use a Third-Party verification system, we have to wait until clearance is received before dispatching an order that had been flagged. Our team will notify the customer who’s order gets flagged via email.


  • Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons.
  • Coupons cannot be used for gift card purchases.


  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
  • Promotional gift cards have a set expiration date, and must be used prior to the expiration date or the balance will be forfeited.

  • We offer flat rate shipping, at the rate of $6.99 USD, to anywhere within the contiguous United States.
