All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on USPS.com.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will contact the USPS on your behalf.

Some orders may require additional processing time in the case of order or identity verification. Since we use a Third-Party verification system, we have to wait until clearance is received before dispatching an order that had been flagged. Our team will notify the customer who’s order gets flagged via email.
